Step 1:- First go to Shopify admin then after clicking on Inventory under the products in the left sidebar.

 

Step 2:- After the inventory list shows on your screen here you can manage your inventory of some products.

From here, you can alter the quantity of a specific product in the available field. you can also see the committed products ordered by customers. you can also see the upcoming existing product in the incoming field.
