A Permalink is a URL intended to stay unchanged for many years into the future, yielding a hyperlink that is small and easy to link rot. Permalinks are often generated, that is, as clean URLs, to be easier to type and remember.

Permalinks are the Full URL you see on your site. This URL is used for a post, page, or other content. In this URL Include your domain name what’s called a slug. This URL comes after the domain name.

When you regenerate your links, you’re rebuilding and improving the WordPress Permalink structure.

Step 1: Go to your WordPress dashboard and click Settings>Permalinks.

Step 2: Change the Permanent links you want to need, and save changes.

Step 3: The Permalink structure regenerated.

Go to your site and check if your permalinks are changed or not.
